During this program, participants receive one-on-one coaching to identify their goals, assistance in developing their resume, and get the support they need to overcome barriers to employment or career growth. New Choices also incorporates group discussions where participants share their experiences, learn from one another, and build their confidence.

During the event’s program and awards presentation, we recognize the success of our clients, acknowledge our dedicated volunteers, employer partners, board members, and staff, and celebrate our community of women helping women.
